Mark Mizrachi currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Criptext and has held multiple roles at Copa Airlines, including Flight Dispatch Manager and Manager of Operational Efficiency. In these positions, Mark led a team focused on optimizing fuel and operational costs through strategic data analytics and presented key performance metrics to senior management. Previously, Mark worked at Safran Engineering Services as a Wire Installation Design Engineer and an Electrical Integration Panel Designer for the Boeing 787-8/9 program, where innovative design solutions were developed to enhance efficiency and compliance with technical requirements. Mark’s early career included experience in flight operations at Aeropuerto Internacional de Tocumen Panamá and an internship focused on performance analysis for the B737-700/800 at Copa Airlines. Mark holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
