Karel Pompen is an experienced professional in operational management and engineering, currently serving as Bedrijfsleider RWZI at Waterschap Aa en Maas since February 2019, and as Plant Manager at CoorsTek, Inc. since June 2016, where responsibilities encompass manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, engineering, EHS, maintenance, IT, and continuous improvement.
