Jacob Atwood, ASP, is an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety Manager currently with Coors Distributing Company since September 2020. Prior to this role, Jacob served as the Safety and Quality Assurance Manager at Mountain States: Premium Meats and as an Assistant Safety Manager at JBS. Responsibilities have included ensuring compliance with safety laws and regulations, investigating industrial accidents, and maintaining knowledge of relevant policies and processes. Jacob began their career at JBS as a Summer Intern in 2013. Educational credentials include degrees in Natural Resource Management and Agricultural Economics, as well as Environmental and Resource Economics from Colorado State University.
