Jennifer Granich has over 29 years of experience in human resources. Jennifer is currently the Head of Human Resources at CooperVision Specialty EyeCare Americas. In their previous role at SynergEyes, Inc., they served as the Director of Human Resources, where they built the HR company structure from the ground up for a workforce of over 100 employees across 19 states. Jennifer also collaborated with leadership to develop and execute business strategy and ensured compliance with company policies. Prior to that, they worked at Farmers Insurance Group as a Human Resources Specialist.

Jennifer Granich attended Loyola Marymount University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
