Stephanie Johnson has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Manager of Operations Development & Services at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants since August 2017, where Stephanie also held the positions of Senior Manager and General Manager. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Assistant General Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from November 2013 to August 2017, and previously served as General Manager at Red Robin from August 2011 to November 2013. Stephanie began their career as a Manager at Applebee's between October 2009 and August 2011. Stephanie's education includes studies at Lewis University from 1992 to 1994 and graduation from Saint Charles High School in 1992.
