Kevin PJ O. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the culinary and restaurant industry. Kevin PJ began their career as a Corporate Executive Chef at Roberts & Roberts. Kevin PJ then worked at The Cheesecake Factory, where they held various roles including Regional Operations Manager, Corporate Operations Manager, and Director of Culinary Operations National. After that, they joined PF Changs China Bistro as Vice President of Culinary Operations, and later became Vice President of Operations and Culinary Innovation. Kevin PJ'snext position was as Senior Vice President of Operations at REEF, where they oversaw all restaurant operations in North America. Most recently, they served as Vice President of Supply Chain at True Food Kitchen, where they enhanced the supply channel and developed supplier relationships. Currently, they are the Vice President of Culinary Operations at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants.
Kevin PJ O. attended Oakland Community College from 1984 to 1986, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Kevin PJ then went on to study Culinary Arts/Chef Training at Schoolcraft College from 1988 to 1989, but did not complete a degree.
