David Brown is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in construction law and insolvency. Currently serving as a Partner at CooperBurnett LLP since March 2023, David Brown has also been a Professional Conduct Panel Member for RIBA since August 2010, where responsibilities include disciplining architects through Appraisal Teams and Conduct Hearings. In addition to these roles, David Brown operates as an Accredited Mediator, having qualified through the London School of Mediation in January 2020. Prior to these positions, David Brown was a Partner at Gullands from December 2004 to March 2023 and at Thomson Snell & Passmore from January 1991 to December 2004. David Brown holds a BA HONS in Law from Kingston University.
