Stephanie joined CO-OP as a Direct Care Relief staff member in 2012. Soon after, Stephanie joined CO-OP full time and earned her Nursing degree while working as a Direct Care staff person. She then moved into a Program Coordinator role and went on to help grow our ABI program as the Program’s Nursing Coordinator. From there Stephanie would move into the Assistant Director position for the ABI program and was promoted to Director of Residential Services in 2021.
