Katie O'Brien is a seasoned project manager currently leading cross-functional teams at Cooperative for Human Services Inc. since February 2023. O'Brien has demonstrated expertise in defining project scopes, developing timelines, and identifying risks while engaging stakeholders at all levels. Prior to this role, O'Brien held various positions at Lui Lui Restaurant over a span of nearly 22 years, culminating as Director of Human Resources and Director of Operations. Experience includes managing employee records, providing strategic coaching, and overseeing daily operations to enhance sales and reduce costs. O'Brien holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
