Bikila Dugasa is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in network administration and support. Currently serving as a Network Administrator at Cooperative Bank of Oromia since June 2021, Bikila provides high-quality direct services and performs diagnostics on ICT equipment to ensure optimal performance. Prior to this role, Bikila worked at the Information Network Security Agency from March 2018 to June 2021 as a Network and Telecom Engineer, where responsibilities included designing and implementing network solutions, configuring routers and other equipment, and enhancing existing network efficiencies. Bikila holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jimma University, obtained in June 2016.
