Rachel Ehrgood has diverse work experience in various organizations. Rachel served as the Creative Wellness Director at Cooper University Health Care since October 2020. Previously, they worked as a Community Organizer for the City of Philadelphia from March 2020 to October 2020. Rachel also served as an Art Program Coordinator at Project HOME from December 2012 to March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Teaching Artist at Beacon Center for Children from March 2009 to July 2013, and at City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program from January 2009 to August 2011. Rachel began their career as an Americorps member at New Jersey Community Development Corporation from September 2007 to September 2008.

Rachel Ehrgood obtained a Grant Writing Certification from the Community College of Philadelphia in 2017. Rachel also holds a certificate in Art Therapy/Therapist from Temple University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fine and Studio Arts from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
