Ricardo Garza Banda is an experienced engineering and management professional with a strong background in supplier development and quality assurance across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Lead Supplier Development Engineer at Cooper Standard since March 2017, Ricardo oversees support for nine plants in Mexico and one in Costa Rica, addressing quality, supply chain, and logistics issues. Prior roles include Supplier Quality Engineer at Takata and Delphi, Master Planner at Johnson Controls, and Project Supervisor at Envases Elopak, among others. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration specializing in Project Development and Finance from Universidad Tecmilenio and an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from Universidad Autónoma de La Laguna.
