Meghan Pierce is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Business Services at Cooper Standard since April 2023, Meghan previously held multiple roles at Meritor from November 2011 to March 2023, culminating as Group Sr. Director of Global Compensation & Benefits, HR Systems, and North America Business Partner. Prior to that, Meghan worked at Domino's Pizza, Inc., where positions included Compensation Manager and Senior Benefit Analyst, leading various compensation and equity programs. Earlier experience includes roles at Allecon Stock Associates, LLC, where Meghan managed client accounts and stock administration, and a foundational position in stock administration. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University.
