Christopher Stockman has extensive experience in engineering and program management, spanning over two decades in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Cooper Standard since April 2008, Christopher oversees product engineering for Fuel & Brake delivery in North America. Prior roles at Cooper Standard include Senior Manager of Program Management, where responsibilities included managing program managers and ensuring successful new program launches. Christopher has also held multiple program management positions, leading teams to execute product development and launch programs. Before joining Cooper Standard, Christopher worked at Chrysler LLC as a Product Engineer, focusing on new products and quality support, and at DaimlerChrysler in various engineering roles that included managing manufacturing equipment and developing tooling processes. Christopher holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
