Scott Rasmussen is a distinguished attorney specializing in Japanese gaming law, currently serving at Cooper Levenson, Attorneys at Law since July 2016. Scott holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Gaming Law and Regulation from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Juris Doctorate alongside a Master's degree in Law and Japanese from Washington University in St. Louis.
