Catherine has considerable litigation and trial experience. She has advised on a number of matters that have proceeded to trial and has been involved in court applications relating to Schedule 5 of the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act.

Catherine is an insurance claims adviser in Cooper Grace Ward’s insurance team and brings 20 years of experience in personal injury litigation.

Catherine manages and advises on a wide range of workers’ compensation claims. Her experience includes acting in primary mental injury claims, multi-party claims and claims involving interstate issues.
