Brian Spilak is an experienced executive in the equipment rental and technology sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Cooper Equipment Rentals Limited since 2016, where previous roles included Senior Vice President and Director of Fleet Operations & Technology. Brian's expertise encompasses strategic technology initiatives, mobile application development, and customer-centric strategies, honed during their tenure at Toromont Cat Information Technology and as Chief Customer Officer at Noble Iron. As President of Texada Software from 2008 to 2013, Brian successfully navigated the company through economic challenges. With foundational experience as General Manager at Stephenson's Rental Services and as a founding team member at RentOnTheDot, Brian's leadership has consistently focused on revenue optimization and operational efficiency. Brian is currently advancing education in leadership and finance through programs at Ivey Business School, The Wharton School, and Queen's University.
