Nicklas Hinders has extensive work experience, beginning in 1999 at LINQ as a System Developer. Nicklas then worked at ABB as a System Developer, specializing in the development of Industrial IT. Nicklas joined Senea AB in 2004 as a System Architect and Developer, where they played a key role in setting up the new architecture and leading the development of the company's automated electricity meter. In 2006, they transitioned to HiQ as a Consultant, taking on roles such as System Developer, Solution Architect, and Technical Project Manager. During this time, they also served as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. Nicklas joined Extenda Retail in 2011 as a Project Manager before joining H&M as a Product Owner, System Responsible, and eventually as Head of IT (SAR) for Logistics: Trade & Transport. In 2019, they were appointed Transformation Lead at H&M Group, where they were responsible for formalizing and aligning the organization's way of working based on scaled agile principles. Nicklas joined Coop Sverige in 2023 as the Chief Product Officer (CPO) for Digital consumer products.
Nicklas Hinders obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from Umeå University between 1995 and 1999. Nicklas also holds additional certifications, including SAFe Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2015 and CERTIFIERAD SCRUM MASTER (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2006.
