Karla Albrechtová began their work experience in 2015 as a Pracovník odd.kvality at Attigente, where they worked until January 2017. Karla then moved on to work as an HR Specialist at PersCom s.r.o. for the entirety of 2017. In 2018, Karla joined CoolPeople as a Sourcing Manager, and in 2019, they took a maternity leave at Mateřská dovolená.
