Eliška Mejtská has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they worked as an Asistent prodeje at Tezenis World until June 2020. From June 2020 to September 2021, they worked as a Barman at Clear point Hokov. Starting in November 2021, Eliška joined Valeo as an Internal Communication Trainee and worked until August 2023. Currently, they are employed as an HR Specialist at CoolPeople, starting in August 2023.

Eliška Mejtská began their education at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague in 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Eliška completed their Bachelor's degree in 2021. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution and is currently enrolled in the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, working towards their Master's degree in Economics. Eliška is expected to complete their Master's degree in 2023.
