Mark Carrothers has extensive work experience in sales and management roles in the cooling tower industry. Mark started their career at Thermal Dynamic, GEA & Psychrometric Systems where they worked as a Materials Manager & Regional Sales Manager from 1989 to 1995. Mark then joined CE Sheperd Company & Glasteel USA as a Sales Manager and Product Development from 1995 to 2004. Mark later joined Cooling Tower Depot, Inc. as a Senior Vice President National Sales Manager in 2004.

Mark Carrothers attended the University of Denver from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Human Resource Management (HRM).
