Traci S. serves as the Associate Development Manager at Cooley LLP, focusing on the professional development of attorneys in the Private Companies and General Corporate practice group, as well as the Compensation & Benefits practice group. Traci has extensive experience in legal recruitment and professional development, previously holding positions as Senior Associate Director at the University of San Francisco School of Law and Executive Director at Special Counsel. Traci is actively involved with NALP, serving as Co-Chair and Vice Chair in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Section, and is a member of the Professional Development Consortium. Traci's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, specializing in Corporate and Securities Law.
