Margaret Harrington is currently a Patent Technical Advisor at Cooley LLP, having joined in October 2024. Previously, Margaret served as a Patent Engineer at Hanley, Flight & Zimmerman, LLC from March 2021 to October 2024 and as a Mechanical Engineer at Boeing from May 2019 to March 2021, focusing on mechanical support. Earlier experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at the University of Dayton School of Engineering, a Teaching Assistant, and a Makerspace Facilitator. Additionally, Margaret completed various co-op positions at Ethicon, Inc., gaining experience in Robotics Quality Engineering and R&D, as well as a Quality Engineering Co-op. An education in Mechanical Engineering was obtained from the University of Dayton (2015-2019), and further studies are being pursued at Chicago-Kent College of Law with an expected JD in December 2025. Additionally, Margaret completed high school at Nazareth Academy from 2011 to 2015.
