Bill Deely is a Deputy Attorney General at the Justice Department of Delaware. Prior to their current position, Bill worked as a Trial Attorney at Schwartz and Schwartz and as a Supervising Attorney at the Public Defender of Delaware in Kent County. Bill also served as an Assistant Public Defender at the Public Defender of Delaware and Defender Association of Philadelphia before taking on their supervisory roles. Bill obtained their jd in law from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 1999.
