Ming Wei is a seasoned professional in engineering and product development with over a decade of experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Sr. Technical Manager at Cooley Group since June 2019, Ming has demonstrated leadership and expertise in technical management. Prior to this role, Ming worked at Rogers Corporation as a Principal Development Engineer and at Adhesives Research, Inc. as a Senior Product Development Chemist. Additionally, Ming held the position of Research Professor at UMass Lowell, contributing to academic research from 2005 to 2012. Ming Wei earned a Doctor of Engineering degree in Plastics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell between 2001 and 2005.
