Sandip Dey has worked for three companies in the past three years. In 2019, they worked as a Business Development Manager for Coolberg. In 2018, they worked as a Sales Executive for Goodness! Beverages, where they were involved in new business development and onboarding restaurants and cafes to increase sales. In 2017, they worked for Steel Authority of India Limited as an Organisation Structure Training.

Sandip Dey completed their Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Christ University, Bangalore in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Higher Secondary in Science from The Assembly of God Church School,Purulia.
