Shafni Sameer has extensive experience in internal auditing and management, currently serving as Manager of Internal Audit at Cool Planet since May 2016, with previous roles including Project Coordinator for ERP System and BI Tool, Assistant Manager for MIS, and various positions within the internal audit department. Prior to Cool Planet, Shafni was a Visiting Lecturer in Commerce, Accounting, and Business Studies at Circle of Success in Sri Lanka, and held multiple auditing roles at T&FG, B R DE SILVA & CO., and Rajan & Renganathan. Shafni holds an OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from Circle of Success Academy and completed Business Level studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, along with G.C.E. Ordinary Level qualifications from Hameed Al Husseinie College and Al-Hidaya Maha Vidyalaya.
