Norris McElrath possesses extensive experience in engineering and technical support, currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Technical Support at Cool Air Incorporated since February 2014. Norris is also the Owner of "M" Electronic Services since 1987. Previous roles include Information Technology Manager and Test Engineering Manager at BTW, Inc., where Norris worked from June 2013 to January 2014 and May 2005 to January 2014, respectively. Additionally, Norris served as Test Manager at Shafer Electronics Co. from August 1987 to May 2005 and began a career in engineering as an Engineering Assistant at General Fabrication Corp. from May 1978 to August 1987. Norris completed a Technical Degree in Electronics at Anoka-Ramsey Community College from 1976 to 1978 and graduated from St. Francis High School from 1974 to 1976.
