Justin Swain has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Justin worked as the Director of Logistics at CookNSolo Restaurants from December 2020, and in 2019, they served as the Culinary Manager at the same company. As the Director of Culinary Operations at Soujourn Philly from January 2016 to May 2019, Justin designed and launched a popup restaurant and beer garden, managed costs and menus for three separate restaurants, and represented the company at charity and media events. Additionally, they appeared in multiple TV spots showcasing the restaurants' offerings. Before that, Justin was the Executive Chef at Rex 1516 from March 2012 to May 2019, where they directed daily service, created seasonal menus, and won several awards. Prior to their roles in the restaurant industry, Justin was also a Podcaster for Crucible Radio, where they hosted a popular podcast about the video game Destiny and made various speaking appearances at conventions.
Justin Swain received an Associate's degree in Culinary Science/Culinology from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.
