Netanya Rommel has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2009 with Fiaff Media, where they worked as a Blog Ambassador. In this role, they managed the Money Hackers blogging carnival and facilitated contact between publishers and the Money Hackers Network. Netanya also helped increase the site's links and PR by researching and communicating with other bloggers. Netanya then moved on to work as a Researcher at Stories from Slumber Village in 2010.
In 2011, they joined the MediPro Slim Direct Beaverton Clinic as a Blogger and Social Media Manager. Their responsibilities included managing and maintaining the clinic's social media profiles and increasing its presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and the company blog. Netanya also created consistent and compelling online content and messaging for the clinic.
From 2012 to 2013, Netanya worked as a Social Media/Editorial Intern at adorii, where they gained experience in social media management and editorial work. Netanya then enrolled at Seattle Pacific University in 2009 and pursued a degree in Business and Administration with a Marketing emphasis. Netanya completed their studies in 2013.
Netanya joined zulily in 2014 as an Assistant Buyer, a role in which they worked until 2016. During their time at Common Table Co. from 2014 to 2016, they served as a Brand Manager, demonstrating their skills in brand management. Netanya also worked at Safeway as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator from 2016 to 2017.
In 2018, Netanya began working at Maude | getmaude.com as a Social Media Manager. In this position, they managed the company's social media accounts and created and sourced quality content, including user-generated content. Netanya developed the overall social media strategy, coordinated and created an influencer and community engagement program, and wrote content and developed strategies for the company blog to increase SEO.
Currently, Netanya is working as a Social Media Manager at CookIt Media since 2017.
Netanya Rommel completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and French from SBGE at Seattle Pacific University from 2009 to 2013. In 2011, they also briefly attended The American Business School Paris, where they pursued studies in International Business.
