Jess Dang is the Founder & Chief Kitchen Cheerleader at Cook Smarts. Jess previously worked as a Business Leader, National Payment Systems at Visa from November 2007 to December 2011. Prior to that, Jess worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Visa from February 2007 to August 2007.

Jess started their career as an Associate Consultant at Strategic Decisions Group (SDG) from November 2004 to January 2007 where they were responsible for building transferrable business knowledge, conducting independent and team-oriented quantitative and qualitative analyses, and communicating insights effectively through a variety of channels. Jess also contributed to the development of the firm through several internal initiatives such as recruiting and Staff Development Forums.

Before their career in consulting, Jess was an English Teacher at Suzhou International Foreign Languages School from February 2004 to June 2004.

Jess Dang completed a BA in Theirtory and Political Science at Stanford University.
