Ó¢ÈA Πhas two years of experience as a Frontend Developer. In 2021, they joined Cooby as a Frontend Developer. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Polydice, Inc. as a Frontend Developer. During this time, they lead the iCook Blog 2.0 Rewrite, where they rewrote a Rails-based website to NextJS, TypeScript and WordPress GraphQL as CMS. They also used Unified and Rehype to implement editing syntax transformation and achieved high performance (TTFB) using Stale-While-Validation strategy of render cache. Additionally, they reorganized project scripts into multiple bundles by routes and replaced several packages to reduce bundle sizes, optimized the script loading logic and preloaded critical resources, added both lazy-loading and lazy-hydrate to the React.js apps to improve LCP, and monitored Core Web Vital to timely fix content reflow (CLS). Furthermore, they set up and introduced TypeScript to the projects for a better developer experience, added React server-side rendering to the Rails apps (React on Rails Pro), were responsible for Webpack config of chunk splitting and compilation speed optimization, and developed an internal babel plugin to replace static content and reduce bundle size. They also migrated the legacy React.
