Boris Glashtesky

Boris Glashtesky has a diverse work experience spanning various industries, roles, and responsibilities.

Boris started their career in 2010 as an Operational Research Analyst in the IDF, where they combined data sources to support decision-making processes and developed analytical models. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Project Manager and System Analyst Team Lead, managing a large-scale ERP implementation project for approximately 2000 users.

In 2017, Boris joined Ness Technologies as a Project Manager and Team Lead, where they implemented projects, managed tasks and processes, and worked with stakeholders to resolve issues. Boris was responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project plans for public sector clients, ensuring timeliness and budget adherence.

In 2019, Boris moved to Elad CRM as an IT Project Manager, where they oversaw IT projects and carried out acceptance tests. Boris maintained a broad organizational understanding with a technological context and successfully implemented various projects until 2022.

Currently, Boris is a Senior Customer Success Manager at ConWize, a position they started in 2022.

Boris Glashtesky graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Engineering/Industrial Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2009. Boris then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management of Technology from Holon Institute of Technology in 2016.
