John Wilhelm is an experienced leader with a robust background in program research and strategy within nonprofit and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Leader of Program Research & Strategy at Convoy of Hope since June 2021, Wilhelm contributes to humanitarian efforts worldwide. Prior to Convoy, Wilhelm held the position of Vice President at Dinte Executive Search, where responsibilities included executing executive searches and driving human capital strategy projects. Wilhelm's extensive career also includes a significant tenure at Kaiser Associates as Senior Vice President, where leadership was provided to multiple practices during a period of notable growth. Wilhelm began their professional journey as a Senior Financial Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney.
