​​We are looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter with direct experience and knowledge in technical/coding, as well as strong recruiting skills to help scale the Engineering team and serve as mentor to the local recruiting team.

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting processes from internal approval processes, to candidate management, to interview process, feedback and on-boarding of new hires by ensuring best interview and candidate experience.
  • Partner with senior leadership, and their team of hiring managers / interviewers, HR team, to define and deliver hiring commitments for all departments, particularly Engineering departments.
  • Communicate progress to hiring managers and recruiting colleagues on the status of candidates and articulate plans to adjust activity where necessary.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying and anticipating roadblocks and finding solutions.
  • Determine applicant technical qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references.
  • Actively contribute to promoting our employer brand via social media, events, etc.
  • Identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching

Who You Are: 

  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Understanding of the technology stack, including programming languages, development methodologies, and engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with the specific technical roles (e.g., software engineers, DevOps) and the skills required for each
  • 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency setting
  • Higher college degree or relevant experience 
  • A true passion for SaaS & Tech start ups
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) and HR databases
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
