Prakash Thomas Francis is a Senior Product Support Engineer at Conviva since July 2019, serving as a subject matter expert for multiple products and addressing operational challenges in collaboration with engineering teams. With a broad background, Prakash has engaged with over 250 industry leaders and brands such as Disney+, Hulu, and WarnerMedia to enhance consumer engagement and optimize viewer experiences. Prior experience includes roles as a Technology Analyst at DIRECTV and Infosys, focusing on system validation and support, as well as a Project Engineer at OTTOTRACTIONS, where energy audits were conducted. Prakash began a career in the energy sector as a Student Intern at the Energy Management Centre Kerala, performing performance analysis of solar power plants. Prakash holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Kerala.
