Gemma Nash has a robust background in conveyancing and property law, currently serving as Legal Team Manager at Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers since August 2022. Previously, Gemma held similar managerial and senior roles at Countrywide Conveyancing Services and Countrywide Property Lawyers from November 2017, while starting their career as a Conveyancer at Newbold Solicitors from September 2014 to November 2017, focusing on residential, new build, and commercial property transactions. Early professional experience includes a role as Legal Assistant at Eversheds from May 2003 to September 2014, dealing with high volume and complex conveyancing matters. Gemma began their career as a Commercial Apprentice at Nacam UK Ltd from January 2001 to May 2003, completing an apprenticeship and obtaining 3 A Levels in business, IT, and accounts. Gemma is level 3 ILEX qualified and is currently pursuing a Level 6 ILEX qualification.
