Ryan Peterich has had a diverse work experience, beginning with a Product Supervisor role at Best Buy in 2007. Ryan then moved on to become a Sales Manager at Red Bluff Outdoor Power in 2011. In 2016, they began working at Switchbacks FC, first as a Box Office Assistant and then as a Group Sales Account Executive and Partnerships Intern. That same year, they also began working at Orland Saw and Mower as a Back Office Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist. In 2018, they took on an Inside Sales Intern role at Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. In 2022, they became an Account Manager at Conversion Path. Most recently, they have been the Owner of Grizzly Outdoor Ventures LLC since 2023.

Ryan Peterich completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from UCCS College of Business between 2016 and 2020. Ryan also earned an Associate's Degree in Social Behavior & Science from Butte College between 2005 and 2008.
