Todd Baylis is an accomplished web developer and interaction designer with extensive experience in the digital design industry. Since January 2017, Todd has been contributing to Conversion as a Web Developer. In addition, Todd is the founder and interaction designer at Shade Web, a collective aimed at enhancing web usability and engagement. Previous roles include Senior User Experience Designer at Smartt, Lead User Interface Designer at RewardStream, and Lead Designer at Tidal Interactive. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interaction Design from Simon Fraser University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
