Harriet Swan has a diverse work experience in the field of research and user experience. Harriet is currently the Director of UX Research at Conversion since December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the UX Research Manager from March 2021 to November 2022 and as a Senior UX Researcher from March 2020 to March 2021. Harriet also took a career break from 2018 to 2020 where they traveled across Canada and South America. Before their career break, they worked as a Senior Research Manager at Quadrangle Research Group from May 2018 to September 2018. Harriet also held the positions of Research Manager from January 2017 to April 2018 and Senior Research Executive from February 2016 to December 2016 at the same company. Prior to their time at Quadrangle Research Group, Harriet worked at GfK from October 2015 to February 2016 as a Senior Research Executive and from May 2014 to September 2015 as a Research Executive. Harriet'searliest role was at Pearlfinders where they worked as a Senior Researcher from February 2014 to May 2014 and as a Research Executive from March 2013 to January 2014. Throughout their career, Harriet has gained experience in managing projects, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and developing client relationships. Harriet has also completed an Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research.
Harriet Swan attended The University of Edinburgh from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Arts with Honours in Social Anthropology with Development. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued an Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research Practice from The Market Research Society. Additionally, Harriet obtained a certification in Behavioral Economics & Psychology in Marketing from MINDWORX Academy in 2021.
