Sidd Adhikari began their career as a Business Leadership Intern at Upkey in 2020. Sidd then joined Amazon in 2021 as a Delivery Operations Area Manager, where they supervised logistical operations for the Mid-Wisconsin/Madison region. During their time at Amazon, Sidd administered labor assignments and resource allocation for over 130 direct associates, implemented metric-driven goals to improve efficiency and lower costs, and ensured the completion of daily, quarterly, and annual objectives. In 2022, Sidd joined Conversant Group as a Sales Operations Analyst.

Sidd Adhikari attended Purdue University from 2017 to 2020. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Analysis/Analyst. Sidd also pursued a minor in Organizational Leadership and another minor in Communications.
