Kettric Midura currently serves as the VP of Strategic Operations at Conversant Group, a position held since June 2022, focusing on enhancing Managed Services with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity amidst rising threats. Prior to this, Kettric was the VP of Remote Support Operations at Coretelligent from April 2018 to January 2022, where efforts were concentrated on revitalizing a Managed Services Practice marked by client and staff retention issues. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of MSx Managed Services Support at TPx Communications from August 2013 to March 2018, where Kettric worked on transforming an underperforming team, and as Director of Managed Services at Corporate [IT] Solutions from January 2011 to August 2013, successfully implementing a tiered staffing model for improved efficiency and scalable growth.
