Abaigeal McCann currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Conversant Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Abaigeal held various positions at Parker Wellbore from July 2017 to October 2023, including Director of Human Resources for the Eastern Hemisphere, where responsibilities encompassed the startup of the Eastern Hemisphere division and alignment of corporate HR strategies. Previous roles at Parker Wellbore included Senior Geomarket HR Manager in LATAM & US Land, and Geomarket HR Manager for Latin America. Earlier experiences include positions at Bilfinger Salamis UK, Stork, Northern Offshore, Maersk FPSOs, and Fugro Survey Pte Ltd, with a focus on HR management and personnel coordination. Abaigeal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a BSc (HONS) in Nursing from Robert Gordon University.
