Autumn Waverek is a Client Success Manager at Convergent Nonprofit Solutions since December 2023, previously serving as Community Engagement Manager II at Unite Us from February 2022 to August 2023. In that role, Autumn acted as a thought leader, mentored team members, and fostered strong customer relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior experience includes serving as Community Engagement Manager at Sanford Health, where Autumn promoted the Community Health Worker program and addressed Social Determinants of Health. Additionally, as a Long Term Services and Supports Specialist for the State of South Dakota, Autumn assessed eligibility under Medicaid and Medicare and developed process improvement plans. Autumn earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Augustana University in 2019.
