Josefina Poodts is currently an Executive Assistant at Convergence.Tech. Prior to this, they worked for Spencer Stuart for over five years, where they were responsible for administrative support, preparing production work, and managing client accounts. Josefina has also worked as a training coordinator, responsible for logistics and implementation of trainings at IAE Business School. Josefina has over 20 years of experience in coordinating schedules and providing administrative support.

Josefina Poodts has a Project Management degree from IAE Business School, a Finance degree from IAE Business School, and a Human Resources Management degree from the University of Buenos Aires. Josefina also has a Negotiation degree from IAE Business School, a Business degree from IAE Business School, and a Marketing and Service Management degree from IAE Business School. Josefina has a Gastronomic Business Administration degree from Ateneo de Estudios, a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Sciences from St Catherine's Moorlands School, and an incomplete Master's degree in Human Resources from Universidad de Palermo.
