Sofie also gained experience in talent acquisition and employer branding at Coca-Cola European Partners, where they were involved in setting employer branding strategies, establishing the company as an employer of choice, and leading talent acquisition efforts in various departments.
Sofie began their career as a Consultant Manager Coordinator at Academic Work, where they supported consultant managers in staffing and recruitment processes, with a focus on customer service.

Sofie Odland completed their education at Lund University from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development and Labour law.
