Naomi joined Convergence in 2019 as the first candidate in the Convergence Partners CA Programme. She completed her studies at Monash University and graduated as the Top Achieving Undergraduate Student in the Business and Economics Faculty.

During her articles she completed rotations in the Finance and Portfolio Management Teams, where she was involved in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, annual financial statements, portfolio company valuations, country risk analyses, and industry and macroeconomic research. She is currently an Analyst in the Deal Team, supporting the deal execs on transaction execution and post-investment management.
