Ayesha Bery is an experienced finance and project management professional with a strong background in blended finance and global development. Currently serving as Manager at Convergence Blended Finance since August 2018, Ayesha has progressed through various roles, contributing to increasing private sector investments in developing countries. Previous engagements include Project Consultant at Grand Challenges Canada, where emphasis was placed on supporting innovators in low- and middle-income countries. Ayesha also held positions as Research Analyst at Convergence – Blending Global Finance, Research Intern at Cenfri, and Compliance Analyst at the G7 Research Group, showcasing a diverse range of skills in research, compliance, and community engagement. Ayesha's academic credentials include a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and Psychology from McGill University.
