Golan Shay has extensive work experience in software engineering and mobile development. Golan is currently the Head of Software Engineering at Converge since September 2022. Prior to this, Golan was the Co-Founder and CTO of Plime, starting from January 2020.

Golan also worked at Leslie as the VP of Technology / CTO from December 2021 to July 2022. Golan was responsible for recruiting, building, and leading the Product and Development teams, implementing a Product-Led-Development strategy and Squad-based Agile Development.
