Alex Osterman is a seasoned UX Design Manager currently at Convention Data Services, where strategic leadership in human-centered design has driven an overhaul of an extensive product suite. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Design Manager and Product Owner at Softheon, where Alex enhanced healthcare decision-making through data analytics, as well as positions at NextHealth Technologies that focused on user-centered design. Alex's background features significant management roles at Kin + Carta and Spire Digital, overseeing the development of numerous products while ensuring client satisfaction. Alex began a career in design as a freelancer and through various internships, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Design from the University of Iowa.
